| EPSA25 | EPSA25 Groningen, Netherlands 27-30 August 2025 The 10th biennial meeting of the European Philosophy of Science Association The European Philosophy of Science Association (EPSA) holds a major conference every two years, alternating with the Philosophy of Science Association (PSA). The biennial conference is the biggest event in our calendar, bringing together between 200 and 300 scientists and philosophers from all over Europe and across the world. The conference is traditionally held in August or September, and the call for papers, symposia, and other events goes out earlier in the year. The 10th biennial meeting of the European Philosophy of Science Association, EPSA25, will take place from 27 to 30 August 2025, in Groningen, Netherlands. This webpage will be regularly updated with information on the organisation of the conference: call for papers, programme, registration, etc. Local InformationThe conference location is the “Academiegebouw”, or Academy Building, depicted on the title page. Together with the library on the opposite side of the square, it is at the heart of the usual hustle-and-bustle of our academic life, and it serves as the primary location for all formal academic ceremonies. The map shows the 10-minute walking route from the train station to the Academy Building. The Faculty of Philosophy, where childcare facilities will be available, is located about 200 metres away. Around the Academy Building there is a multitude of cafés and restaurants, routinely catering for a large number of students. You can see the Academy Building on the inside with Google Street view here. Owing to the historical character of the building, drinks and snacks are not allowed outside of the designated lunch and coffee areas. This also holds for take-away coffees and packed lunches. Session chairs are instructed to check for compliance to this rule. Contact usFor all enquiries, please contact the EPSA mailbox at epsa@philsci.eu Conference news and updates
