| EPSA25 | RegistrationRegistration for EPSA25 is now open! As a reminder, this year's conference will be held at the University of Groningen from 27 to 30 August. Before accessing the registration form (‘REGISTER ONLINE’ button below), please read the following information carefully. EPSA membership is mandatory for conference speakers Anyone presenting a paper/poster at the conference is required to be a paid-up EPSA member in good standing. We have generous membership discounts for graduate students and unwaged scholars, scholars with a fixed-term position, scholars working in Eastern European countries, and PSA members. Accordingly, registration fees marked 'Non-EPSA Members' are exclusively intended for people who do not present a paper/poster at the conference. You can join EPSA by clicking on the link below: Registration deadline In the interest of determining a final program before June, the strict deadline for registration is May 15. If you do not register for the conference before this date, we will assume that you will not present your work at the conference and offer your presentation or poster slot to someone on the waiting list. Notice that in the registration form you can also reserve a place for the conference dinner. Tickets for the dinner are limited and will go on a first-come-first-serve basis. *The conference dinner will take place on the evening of Friday 29 August, from 19:00 to 21:30, and will be held in one of Groningen's most iconic venues: the Akerk. You can find all the information about the conference dinner here. **On days 1, 2 and 3 we offer on-site lunches for €10, consumable in the garden of the conference location or the other public areas. You can find all the information about lunches here. Due to the proximity of the registration deadline to the conference, we regret that registration fees cannot be refunded in case of cancellation. Before you start filling in the registration form, please note that in order to select the reduced fees that apply to your situation, you must be logged into your EPSA account.
